The software portion of the TPM Solution
comprises of Server module and Client module. The server
module that runs on the host PC is gathering the information
collected from the data capturing device spreading across in
the production plant floor and update it real-time onto the
database for the client software to access. The design of
the software can take on multiple type of database like
Oracle, Sybase, Informix, DB2 or database of your choice.
The flexibility and open architecture design of the system
allow information to be shared across with other third party
system easily. Yield information and reject quantity can be
plucked from WIP tracking system to compute OEE. |

Machine Utilization Information can be exported
to the Production Planning System for capacity planning.
Downtime analysis can also be used to provide SPC control
system with information to address the quality issue related
to machine condition. These are some of the advantage that can
be squeezed out from the system and with the wealth of the
valuable data captured, the usage can only be limited by your
imagination.
