TPM Solution is the missing puzzle to TPM
implementation, which fills the gap of data capturing of the
six major losses in production floor as suggested in TPM
(Total Productive Maintenance). The losses like Breakdown
Losses, Setup & Adjustment Losses, Minor Stoppage
Losses, Speed Losses, Quality Defect Losses and Yield Losses
are captured in real-time. These chronic and sporadic losses
can be used to derive the OEE computation as show in figure
1.0 and 1.1. |
