Air
Jet Loom Monitoring
automatically captures the machine breakdown criteria
without human intervention, specially designed to withstand
harsh environments where normal computers would fail.
By re-engineering the Motorola 68000 series micro-controller
to run on RS485 addressable multi-drop link, the Air Jet
Loom Monitoring system is able to capture the signal
triggered by the thread which is blown by the air nozzle at
the speed of 150 km/h while the picker arm operating at
8000khz. |
